鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)系要喺安全且穩(wěn)定嘅環(huán)境運(yùn)行，先至可以發(fā)揮作用同效率。我哋喺啟動(dòng)鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)之前，要先檢查一下電機(jī)嘅情況，睇下系咪有損壞嘅現(xiàn)象或者系安裝走趲嘅現(xiàn)象，呢啲看似好細(xì)嘅細(xì)節(jié)恰恰系影響風(fēng)機(jī)正常啟動(dòng)嘅關(guān)鍵，所以喺使用前嘅檢查過程中，唔可以有絲毫嘅松懈。
鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)安全啟動(dòng)的方法：
How to start safely:
1、鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、調(diào)節(jié)門及傳動(dòng)部分組成，各部有各自的功能，每個(gè)部分都完好無損才能保證正常運(yùn)行。
1. The boiler fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating valve and transmission part. Each part has its own function. Only when each part is intact can normal operation be ensured.
2、鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪由后傾翼型葉片焊接于弧形的輪蓋與平板形的輪盤中間，保證了風(fēng)機(jī)的低噪聲、高強(qiáng)度。葉輪經(jīng)靜、動(dòng)平衡校正運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。同一機(jī)號(hào)的引風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)相同。
2. The impeller of the boiler fan is welded between the arc-shaped wheel cover and the flat wheel plate by the backward inclined wing blade, which ensures the low noise and high strength of the fan. The impeller runs smoothly after static and dynamic balance correction. The impeller structure of induced draft fan of the same unit number is the same.
3、風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)殼是用普通鋼板焊接而成的蝸形體。風(fēng)機(jī)的機(jī)殼制成整體結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)于引風(fēng)機(jī)，在蝸形板上開有清灰門，同時(shí)適當(dāng)加厚，以防煙灰磨損，延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。
3. The fan casing is a worm shaped body welded with ordinary steel plates. The shell of the fan is made into an integral structure. For the induced draft fan, a dust cleaning door is opened on the volute plate, and the door is thickened appropriately to prevent the ash from wearing and prolong its service life.
4、進(jìn)風(fēng)口為收斂流線形的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，用螺栓固定在機(jī)殼入口側(cè)。
4. The air inlet is an integral structure of convergence streamline shape, which is fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
5、調(diào)節(jié)門用來調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)流量大小的裝置。
5. A device used to adjust the flow of a fan.
6、所以，風(fēng)機(jī)在使用前各個(gè)部件都要仔細(xì)的檢查，并且定期的維護(hù)，這樣才能延長(zhǎng)使用。
