一、離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱試運(yùn)行之前要認(rèn)真閱讀產(chǎn)品說明書，檢查接線方法是否同接線圖相符；檢查供給風(fēng)機(jī)電源的工作電壓是否符合要求，電源是否缺相或同相位，所配電器元件的容量是否符合要求等方面。
1、 Before the trial operation of the centrifugal fan case, carefully read the product manual, check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is in phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements.
二、柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱抵達(dá)正常轉(zhuǎn)速時應(yīng)測量風(fēng)機(jī)輸入電流是不是正常，離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱的電流不能超過其額定電流。若電流超過其額定電流應(yīng)查察提供的電壓是不是正常。
2、 When the cabinet type centrifugal fan case reaches the normal speed, it shall be measured whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the current of the centrifugal fan case shall not exceed its rated current. If the current exceeds its rated current, check whether the voltage provided is normal.
三、柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱容許全壓起動或降壓電動，但應(yīng)過細(xì)，全壓起動時的電流約為5-7倍的額定電流，降壓起動轉(zhuǎn)矩與電壓平方成正比，當(dāng)電網(wǎng)容量不行時應(yīng)采取降壓起動。
3、 Cabinet type centrifugal fan case allows full voltage starting or step-down electric, but it should be too thin. The current at full voltage starting is about 5-7 times of the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is not available, step-down starting should be adopted.
四、雙柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱試車時應(yīng)先起動低速，查察旋轉(zhuǎn)偏向是不是精準(zhǔn)明確；起動高速時有須要待風(fēng)機(jī)間斷后再主張，以防高速反向旋轉(zhuǎn)，致使開關(guān)跳閘及電機(jī)受損。
4、 During the test run of double cabinet centrifugal fan case, the low speed shall be started first to check whether the rotation deviation is accurate and clear; when the high speed is started, it is necessary to claim after the fan is interrupted, so as to prevent the high speed reverse rotation from causing the switch trip and motor damage.
五、柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱喺好多場合都有使用，使用一段時間后柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱會出現(xiàn)啲故障，柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱轉(zhuǎn)子唔戥頭惹振動羅有好多：柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱葉片畀腐蝕或者蝕嚴(yán)重；柜式離心風(fēng)機(jī)箱葉片總裝后唔運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、由於葉輪同主軸本身重量、令軸曲；葉輪表面唔勻巡嘅附著物，如鐵銹、積灰或者蠟青等；運(yùn)輸、安裝或者其他羅，造成葉輪變形，惹葉輪失去戥頭；葉輪上嘅戥頭蚊甩或者檢修后未搵戥頭。
