離心風機的拆開、清潔和裝置應(yīng)契合下列請求：
The disassembly, cleaning and installation of centrifugal fan shall meet the following requirements:
1、將機殼和軸承箱拆開并將轉(zhuǎn)子卸下清潔，但電動機直聯(lián)傳動的風機可不拆開清潔。
1. Disassemble the casing and bearing box and remove the rotor for cleaning, but the fan driven by the direct drive of the motor may not be disassembled for cleaning.
2、軸承的冷卻水管路應(yīng)疏通并應(yīng)對整個體系進行試壓，實驗壓力如設(shè)備技能文件無規(guī)守時，通常不該低于4公斤力/公分2。
2. The cooling water pipeline of the bearing shall be dredged and the pressure test shall be conducted for the whole system, and the test pressure shall not be less than 4 kgf / cm2 in general if the equipment technical documents are irregular and punctual.
3、清潔和查看調(diào)理組織，其滾動應(yīng)靈敏。
3. Clean and check the conditioning tissue, its rolling should be sensitive.
4、整體機組的裝置，應(yīng)直接放置在基礎(chǔ)上用成對斜墊鐵找平。
4. The device of the whole unit shall be directly placed on the foundation and leveled with a pair of inclined sizing blocks.
5、現(xiàn)場拼裝的機組，底座上的切削加工面應(yīng)妥善維護，不該有銹蝕或操作，底座放置在基礎(chǔ)上時，使用成對斜墊鐵找平。
5. For the assembled unit on site, the cutting surface on the base shall be properly maintained, and there shall be no rust or operation. When the base is placed on the foundation, it shall be leveled with a pair of inclined sizing blocks.
6、軸承座與底座應(yīng)緊密接合，縱向不水平度不該超越0.2/1000，用水平儀在主軸上丈量，橫向不水平底不該超越0.3/1000，用水平儀在軸承座的水平平分面上丈量。
6. The bearing seat shall be closely connected with the base, and the longitudinal non levelness shall not exceed 0.2/1000. The horizontal meter shall be used to measure on the main shaft, the horizontal non horizontal bottom shall not exceed 0.3/1000, and the level meter shall be used to measure on the horizontal bisector of the bearing seat.
7、軸瓦研刮前應(yīng)先將轉(zhuǎn)子軸心線與機殼軸心線校對，一起調(diào)整葉輪與進氣口間的空隙和主軸與機殼后側(cè)板軸孔間的空隙，使其契合設(shè)備技能文件的規(guī)則。
7. Before the grinding and scraping of the bearing bush, the rotor axis and the casing axis shall be calibrated first, and the gap between the impeller and the air inlet and the gap between the main shaft and the shaft hole of the rear side plate of the casing shall be adjusted together, so as to conform to the rules of the equipment technical documents.
8、主軸和軸瓦拼裝時，應(yīng)按設(shè)備技能文件的規(guī)則進行查看。軸承蓋與軸瓦間應(yīng)保持0.03～0.04毫米的過盈(丈量軸瓦的外徑和軸承座的內(nèi)徑)。
8. When assembling the main shaft and bearing bush, check according to the rules of the equipment skill file. An interference of 0.03-0.04mm shall be kept between the bearing cover and the bearing bush (measure the outer diameter of the bearing bush and the inner diameter of the bearing pedestal).
9、機殼拼裝時，應(yīng)以轉(zhuǎn)子軸心線為基準找正機殼的方位并將葉輪進氣口與機殼進氣口間的軸向和徑向空隙高速至設(shè)備技能文件規(guī)則的范圍內(nèi)，一起查看地腳螺栓是否緊固。其空隙值如設(shè)備技能文件無規(guī)守時，通常軸向空隙應(yīng)為葉輪外徑的1/100，，徑向空隙應(yīng)均勻分布，其數(shù)值應(yīng)為葉輪外徑的1.5/1000～3/1000(外徑小者取大值)。調(diào)整時力求空隙值小一些，以進步風機功率。
9. When assembling the casing, the orientation of the casing shall be aligned based on the rotor axis, and the axial and radial clearance between the impeller air inlet and the casing air inlet shall be high-speed within the scope of the rules of the equipment technical documents, so as to check whether the anchor bolts are tight. If the equipment technical documents are irregular and punctual, usually the axial clearance shall be 1 / 100 of the outer diameter of the impeller, and the radial clearance shall be evenly distributed, and the value shall be 1.5/1000-3 / 1000 of the outer diameter of the impeller (whichever is smaller). When adjusting, the gap value is smaller to improve the fan power.
10 、離心風機找正時，風機軸與電動機軸的不同軸度：徑向定位移不該超越0.05毫米，歪斜不該超越0.2/1000。
10. During the alignment of centrifugal fan, the different axial degrees of fan shaft and motor shaft: the radial positioning displacement should not exceed 0.05mm, and the skew should not exceed 0.2/1000.
11、滾動軸承裝置的風機，兩軸承架上軸承孔的不同軸度，可待轉(zhuǎn)子裝好后，以滾動靈敏為準。
11. For the fan of rolling bearing device, the different axial degrees of the bearing holes on the two bearing frames can be subject to the rolling sensitivity after the rotor is installed.
The disassembly, cleaning and installation of centrifugal fan shall meet the following requirements:
